By accessing the services provided by Verdant Keep, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms. We don't like clutter, and that extends to our legal paperwork too. We've been refining our systems for over 12 years to ensure every client (you'll be one soon!) gets exactly what they need. If you don't agree with any of these terms, we're sorry, but you're prohibited from using our professional organization tools and onsite services.

2. Service Performance

Our team at Verdant Keep provides professional decluttering, digital organization, and moving preparation. How do we ensure quality? We follow a strict protocol for space optimization that respects your belongings. We'll always ask before disposing of items—your trust is our primary asset.

• Estimates are based on initial consultations but may vary by 15% depending on project depth.
• Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed-upon time.
• Sustainable storage solutions are recommended but ultimately chosen by the homeowner.

3. Digital Organization & Data

When we handle your digital life, we're taking it seriously. We believe your privacy is non-negotiable. Our digital decluttering involves sorting files, setting up cloud storage, and optimizing your inbox workflows. Have you ever wondered how much time you've lost looking for a single PDF? We fix that.

4. Cancellations

We're busy people, and we know you are too. If you need to reschedule your transformation, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a small fee to cover travel and scheduling losses. It's only fair, right?
